In your role, you will assume responsibility for a smooth production process
You will plan, control and monitor the business processes within production
Compliance with quality standards as well as occupational health and safety and environmental protection requirements has top priority
You will be responsible for employee management and motivation in the production area
You are welcome to contribute your know-how and constantly drive forward the further development of production processes
You are in close contact with the technical management
Completed technical training in an industrial profession, preferably in
paint and varnish production or in the liquid processing industry
You already have extensive professional experience in an industrial production environment
You can already demonstrate management experience or you are looking for the next step for yourself
ERP knowledge (Navision) is advantageous, whereby you can confidently use the common MS Office tools
You will fit in with us if you have a hands-on mentality and want to make a difference with the team
38-hour week
Daily early shift from 06:00 - 14:30, Fridays until 14:10
No weekend work
