Maintenance of time accounts and master data in the time management system
Processing of all entry and exit formalities, including preparation of employment contracts and references
Assumption of professional internal and external recruitment of specialists and executives, from job advertising to onboarding
Preparation of payroll
Preparation of statistics for the management and external partners
Completed training in human resources management with IHK examination and at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
Adept knowledge of social security, payroll tax, and employment law
Mastery of all common Office programs and ideally DATEV knowledge
Independent, reliable and discreet way of working
Organizational skills, reliability and trustworthiness
