BergoLED Speed-Repair Putty 4L1500

BergoLED Speed-Repair Putty 4L1500, glazing black, is a solvent-free, single-component, LED-UV-curable filler for the fast and reliable repair of CFRP and GFRP components. It is applied to the area requiring repair and cured in a matter of seconds using a suitable LED-UV lamp (wavelength 395 nm); immediately afterward, it can be sanded and refinished, enabling very short cycle times and efficient repair processes. The material remains workable for as long as needed until it is specifically cured under the LED-UV lamp. The product achieves excellent adhesion to epoxy- and polyester-infused CFRP and GFRP materials, offers good mechanical and chemical resistance, and is very easy to sand. The translucent black, yellowing-resistant color is specifically designed for visible carbon fiber surfaces.
