Bergolin 2C Clear Coat 2D1100

Bergolin 2C Clear Coat 2D1100 is a colorless, solvent-free, and lightfast two-component polyurethane-based liquid resin that can be used as a pore filler and as a transparent topcoat for CFRP and GFRP substrates. The system is mixed with Bergolin Hardener 7D810 in a ratio of 100 : 53 by weight, contains approximately 100% solids, and has an extremely low VOC content of approximately 0.3 g/l. It can be applied in a variety of ways—by brush, roller, pouring, or 2K airless spraying, as well as from a 2K cartridge with a static mixer—and is sandable after approximately 0.5 hours, allowing for quick rework. The cured film forms a clear, glossy, and lightfast surface that fully showcases the fiber structure.
