Bergolin 2C MS Topcoat 6D7900
Description
Bergolin 2C MS Topcoat 6D7900 is a solvent-based, high-build, two-component polyurethane topcoat (medium solids) with a polyacrylate base and good weather and UV resistance. The product is designed for use on steel, fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), and other load-bearing substrates and can be applied directly to metal (DTM) as a single-coat system using a brush, roller, or spray, enabling efficient and cost-effective application. Its thixotropic properties ensure high stability, allowing even thicker film builds to be applied without sagging, while simultaneously producing a uniform and durable coating. When combined with a suitable primer, the system is suitable for demanding industrial environments where both an attractive appearance and high application efficiency are required.
Recommended use
- Weather-Resistant Topcoat for Steel Structures and Steel Components
- Coating of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) components and other load-bearing substrates
- Direct-to-Metal (DTM) application as a single-layer, cost-effective coating system
- Topcoat in a multi-layer system with Epex Zinc Dust (3E750) or 2K-Epex-Hydro Primer (3E602)
- Industrial environments with requirements for appearance, durability, and application efficiency
