Description

Bergolin EP Enamel 6E755-K, yellow, is a high-quality, solvent-based, two-component epoxy enamel that can be applied as a single-coat finish and offers good application properties and excellent adhesion. The coating provides excellent corrosion protection for metal surfaces against rust and environmental influences, as well as good chemical resistance for a long service life. It is applied electrostatically using airless, Airmix, or bell-spray methods and oven-dried in approximately 20 minutes at +80 °C. Due to its robust protective properties, it is primarily used in the chassis and suspension systems of vehicles, where reliable protection against corrosion and mechanical stress is essential.

Recommended use

  • Corrosion Protection in Automotive Manufacturing, Particularly in the Chassis and Suspension Systems
  • Single-coat painting of sheet steel components with iron or zinc phosphating
  • Mass coating using electrostatic application (airless, Airmix, bell)
  • Protective coating for metal surfaces against rust, environmental factors, and chemical exposure
