Bergolin LEP 6D1100

Bergolin LEP 6D1100 is a pigmented, solvent-free and lightfast 2-component liquid plastic that has been specially developed as erosion protection for wind turbine rotor blades. The material offers high strength and flexibility combined with excellent UV and weather resistance. It effectively protects the surface against abrasion, particle erosion and environmental influences. Thanks to the various application options - from rolling and brushing to spraying or pouring - the product can be used flexibly in different work situations.

• Drying: dry level 1 after approx. 40 min / dry level 7 after approx. 4 h / sandable after 2 h
• Shelf life: 12 months (standard container) or 18 months (2K cartridges) at +4 °C to +40 °C
