Luxit EB dip coating 6T517
Description
Luxit-EB Dip Coating 6T517 is a solvent-based, pigmented, single-component, polyacrylate-based coil coating dip paint for industrial applications. The product is applied using a dip coating process and then cured in a drying tunnel at a substrate temperature of 180–220 °C. It forms a uniform, decorative, and durable coating with a glossy finish on steel and stainless steel components. As a single-component system, no mixing is required, and the short curing times of 5–10 minutes support high throughput in industrial mass production.
Recommended use
- Industrial mass production coating of steel and stainless steel components using the dip coating process
- Coil-coating applications followed by curing in the drying tunnel
- Decorative, glossy topcoat for exposed metal components
- Cost-effective thin-film coating with a dry film thickness of approximately 15 µm and high component throughput
