You record, process and complete orders in our ERP system - always maintaining an overview and thus contributing to smooth processing
You check all orders for completeness and accuracy and ensure that no errors are overlooked
You release the orders, print them out and forward them to the goods receiving department
You carry out regular stock checks and request required materials to keep processes running efficiently
You take care of the proper management and filing of documents and ensure a clear structure
Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Confident handling of the common MS Office programs, preferably good knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or another merchandise management system
A team-oriented, reliable and independent way of working round off your profile
