Baked enamel systems are used in particular where rapid curing is of particular importance and the coated objects cannot or should not be stored temporarily for drying.
An example of such an application is classic coil coating. Here, the coating is applied by rolling and then baked, so that the coil can be further processed and packaged without interruption. The rolling process also results in virtually no coating losses, and the coating is of a consistently high quality.
Bergolin's baking enamels are adjusted to the individual requirements and conditions on site, so that our customers do not have to make any compromises in terms of durability, appearance and productivity.
