Bulk materials, such as crushed stone, salt and coke, are so sharp-edged that bulk freight cars show extreme wear after a very short time. The ExoShield 600 coating ensures that internal steel surfaces are significantly better protected and the time until the next refurbishment can be maximized.
Bergolin also offers ExoShield 900 FG, a product for food transport, and ExoShield 600 AS, an anti-slip coating for car transporters.
All three products are solvent-free and have very good corrosion protection, high abrasion resistance and mechanical load-bearing capacity. The coatings are suitable for both new construction and refurbishment and do not require any additional primer.
