Fiber-reinforced plastics now also have a wide range of applications in the construction industry, including housings, protective structures, roofs, skylight domes, cladding and balcony balustrades. In the sanitary sector, shower cubicles, bathtubs or entire wet rooms are made from fiber-reinforced plastics. For chemical plants or agriculture, containers, tanks and pipes are made of GRP that are exposed to acids, alkalis, changing temperatures and direct contact with aggressive substances.
The use of Bergolin gelcoats enables your GRP components to have a high level of resistance, individual design, stability, durability and significant weight savings compared to solutions made of other materials such as metal.
Our solvent- and styrene-free 2K gelcoats are highly resistant to erosion and weathering, can achieve a high gloss level, are quickly ready for further processing thanks to short drying times and can be sanded and polished very well.
